We’re looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager with a passion for Brand, Digital, Web, Advertising & Events to help grow and evolve our client base.

The role will be predominantly making new contacts, spreading the word about Mearns & Gill’s services, and bringing in new opportunities.

Working across a variety of clients and sectors, you will be responsible for driving growth through the targeting and acquisition of new clients.

The successful candidate must have a strong working knowledge of marketing & advertising campaigns, brand development, website development, digital marketing, event management and PR & Social Media. You should be comfortable working in a creative environment and have the drive and ambition to help grow the business successfully.

Key characteristics will include:

Strong client-facing ability
Credible, experienced, with a proven and demonstrable track record
An all-rounder, with some experience in all key creative disciplines
A willingness to collaborate and be open minded
