We were very excited to launch the Build It Event Hub this week – a website that brings together all the essential information for the Build It Aberdeen Construction and Property Conference with some additional features sprinkled in to give delegates even more value.
The Build It Aberdeen Construction and Property Conference is currently in its third year and was due to take place at P&J Live in November. However, due to restrictions on live events, the decision was taken to host the event virtually. With this came the opportunity to communicate more information to attendees digitally in a single place. And so, the Build It Event Hub was born!
Containing all the information guests need to navigate the event – including timings, speaker details and presentation summaries – the site also allows for sponsors and supporters to gain more coverage. Another great feature of the hub is a news section which will be invaluable for sharing speaker spotlights so that delegates can delve even deeper into the conference’s content.
When it comes to our speakers, being in the room at the event is obviously a different experience to watching them on a screen. We wanted to ensure that the interactive nature of the conference was not lost and have included full speaker details, including social media handles for as many of our presenters as possible. So it may not be catching up over a cuppa at the event, but we’ve made it as simple as possible for attendees to get in touch with their favourite speakers.
The conference has proved very popular in the construction industry over the past few years, and we’ve seen that there are many exciting stories to share. With the Build It Event Hub, we can extend the conference far beyond the event week and ensure the conversation keeps going.
